Thanks Marc! It's interesting that you pointed out this. When I was doing the study, my mentor and I had a similar discussion on this. But we realized as a designer our job was to find some solution that reduces the browsing time significantly. Hence, focused on how we can achieive that.

I would love to further explore what Netflix's recommendation engine is 'capable' of doing as some of my reading materials highlighted that they have spent billions behind this.

I surely hope Netflix get back your trust! :D:D
